At Big B Energy, we back the people who chase big moments — and they don't get much bigger than the bright lights of Daytona to kick off a brand-new season. That's why we were fired up to join forces with MD Custom Diecasts to put Tyler Tomassi on the grid for the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series season opener at Daytona International Speedway.

For a growing brand like ours, this was a milestone: our first trip to one of the most famous ovals in all of motorsports, riding on the flank of the No. 69 Ford F-150.

Meet Tyler Tomassi

At just 22 years old, Tyler is the kind of driver Big B was made to fuel — young, hungry, and ready to run with the best. The Daytona season opener marked his shot at making a name for himself on the sport's biggest stage, wheeling the No. 69 for MBM Motorsports in the Fresh From Florida 250.

Making your mark at Daytona is no small task. The high banks, the pack racing, the sheer speed — it demands total focus from the green flag to the checkers. It's exactly the kind of high-stakes, high-energy environment where being sharp and dialed in makes all the difference.

A partnership built on the same drive

This came together because a group of partners believed in Tyler and wanted to see him succeed. Alongside Big B Energy, the No. 69 carried MD Custom Diecasts — founded and owned by Nick Ariola, and known for its high-quality custom racing models — as well as Tomassi Law, LLC.

"MD Custom Diecasts is proud to be a part of the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series season opener at Daytona," said Ariola.

For our part, this was the perfect stage to show what Big B is all about. "Sponsoring Tyler Tomassi at Daytona represents everything Big B Energy Drinks stands for," said Big B Marketing Director Joel Saxon. Racing rewards the ready — the drivers who stay focused and keep pushing when the pressure is on. That's the moment Big B is built for.

MBM Motorsports team owner Carl Long was equally excited about the new partnerships and the growth they represent for everyone involved.

Fuel that matches the moment

If you've been on the grid with us, you know the lineup: Strawberry Smash, Summer Melon, and White Cherry Fizz — three flavors built to keep you sharp when it matters most. It's the same energy we bring to the track and the same energy we're proud to share with drivers like Tyler.

Suiting up a young driver for his shot at Daytona is exactly the kind of story we want to be part of. Big moments, big effort, big energy — that's the Big B way.

Congratulations to Tyler Tomassi, MBM Motorsports, and everyone who helped put the No. 69 on the grid. This is just the beginning.

Big B Energy — fuel the grind.
